Subscription Overview

Our Pasta Subscription Box delivers a curated selection of handmade Montana pasta to your door every month for $60.00 per box. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled or paused.

  • Frequency: Monthly delivery across Montana
  • Contents: Fresh and flavored pasta, cooking tips, and seasonal selections
  • Price: $60.00 per box, billed monthly
  • Manage Your Subscription: You can update your preferences anytime at Manage My Subscription

Payment & Billing

Your subscription will be billed automatically each month using your selected payment method.

  • Payment Retry Attempts: If a payment fails, we’ll retry up to 3 times, with 1 day between attempts
  • Failed Payments: If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and you’ll receive a notification with instructions to update your payment method

Inventory & Fulfillment

We make every effort to fulfill each subscription box as scheduled. In rare cases where inventory is temporarily unavailable:

  • Fulfillment Retry Attempts: We’ll retry up to 5 times, with 1 day between attempts
  • Failed Fulfillment: If inventory remains unavailable, your order will be skipped and you’ll receive a notification
  • Skipped Orders: You will not be billed for skipped orders. Your subscription will resume with the next available box

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our pasta subscription boxes monthly across Montana. Each box is carefully packed to preserve freshness during transit.

  • Shipping Schedule: Boxes ship once per month. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is on its way
  • Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location
  • Packaging: We use protective, food-safe materials to maintain quality and freshness
  • Shipping Issues: If your box arrives late, damaged, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love every bite. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your box upon arrival. If you notice any damage, spoilage, or receive the wrong item, email us at yellowstonepasta@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We’ll respond with next steps.
