Yellowstone Pasta Company is a great local business with a wide variety of pasta shapes. I’ve been using their products since they started, and the quality has always been excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience, and their pasta always elevates my dishes. Definitely a 5-star company!
Decided to try some fresh pasta from these guys when at the Bozeman farmers market, and I was NOT disappointed!! By far the best pasta I’ve ever had. The sellers were also the kindest people, giving me plenty of information on how their ingredients were sourced, even giving me a pack on the house! Will 100% be going back for more at next week’s market!
Yes! I really like it. Great flavor and texture, good mouth feel and it does a good job absorbing sauce and slightly thickening it, unlike bod dried pasta. And it’s locally made!
