We want you to love every bite. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our pasta, we do not accept returns once a box has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your box upon arrival. If you notice any damage, spoilage, or receive the wrong item, email us at yellowstonepasta@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful). We’ll respond with next steps.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
